Ginkgo Architectural Design was established by a team of experienced and passionate architectural designers, each bringing over a decade of expertise in New Zealand’s residential and commercial design industry. Our background spans concept development, detailed technical documentation, compliance pathways and site observation, allowing us to approach every project with both creative vision and practical understanding of how buildings come together.
 

Before founding Ginkgo, our lead designer worked at a prominent architectural practice in New Zealand, contributing to a wide range of project types including high-end homes, complex renovations, multi-unit housing and commercial interior projects. This experience enables us to confidently tackle diverse design challenges and deliver solutions that balance aesthetics, performance and buildability.
 

Today, Ginkgo focuses on high-end residential design, major renovations, interior reconfigurations, structural upgrade projects and commercial fitouts. We value the unique creative and technical problem-solving each project requires, and we approach every brief with precision, clarity and respect for the client’s vision.
